Standard shipping fees are based on the discounted merchandise subtotal:
- Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of US$39.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal below US$39.99 are subject to a standard shipping fee of US$12.99.
If the checkout page displays applicable shipping charges or other shipping options, please refer to the information shown before submitting your order.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing normally takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order processing and shipping are separate stages. Transit time begins after the order has been processed and dispatched.
4. Estimated Shipping Time
Standard shipping is estimated to take 7–15 business days after dispatch.
The total estimated time from payment confirmation to delivery is approximately 8–18 business days, including both order processing and transit.
